How to cite quotes in mLA format (from website) with no author?

i know that for the wrks cited i just put the title but for quotes my teacher told me to use 1 or 2 key words so how should both my work cited and quotes look? should i use those 1 or 2 key words as the works cited as well? to they have to be the same?
