I really like him, why isnt he calling me back?

got his num, and i called him, and he said he was thinking of getting number too...and since i barely got homebound, he said he missed seeing me in school, and he missed me, and then i asked him what he tihinks about me, and he said that im pretty, he likes my personality, and that he likes staring into my eyes but he doesnt know why, and he said he likes my navel piercing. Then i told him i that i thought he had a really good personality and that he's cute and funny, and he said, 'aww youre making me blush'........and i told him that we should hang out, and he said ok, that he will surprise me, but then i asked him do u like anyone right now? and he said no, and i made him promise he didnt, and he did, he promised he didnt like anyone...but after all this he hasnt called me at all, and everytime i send him a text he just ignores it, or responds the next day by telling me he was sick or something....so what could be the reason for this? Do u think he lost interest????? why isnt he calling back?
