Does height affect how high or low a persons voice is?

I was wondering because I know that the smaller a person's vocal cords the higher pitched their voice is, and because some singers such as Bruno Mars has a really high voice and are pretty small. On the other hand midgets (not trying to be discriminating) have pretty normal voices.
