Why does my PC turned off while loading windows XP and worse, after that, it won't turn on again?

Has anything been dislodged inside? This sounds like the CPU cooler isn't doing its job and the chip is detecting an overheat and shutting down. Let it cool down for an hour and try again - if it does the part-boot then nothing sequence again that's your problem.
