Gf blocking me out on hugs, hand holding, or any other PDA?

She doesn't like it when I do anything to her in a PDA fashion. Is it because she is shy or does she really like me. She really gets annoyed when I ask or hint her into hugging me. I don't even ask that often. I think she is blocking me out so she can break up with me without it hurting to bad. I am almost 15 and so is she.
