When i got married, my wife after the reception came home like a guest wearing the clothes given by us for the?

wedding. Her parents literally did not spend one ruppee for anything at all for me or for the wedding till date. But i have spent my whole life saving on my wife for her studies and welfare. For some expenses i have bills for some i dont have. Because when you are spending for your wife you are not going to doent things. Now they claim i asked for dowry and have filed a divorce case of cruelty, mental harresment, dowry and asking for a hugh amount of alimony. She stayed only for 2 months with me and now we are seperated for past 2 1/2 yrs. She was earlier married to another person and got divorce from him also after staying 3 months with him. Under such cirstances, will i ever be able to get justice from the family court or will they say weaker and side my wife? I dont want divorce, but she has filed the case. Can a lawyer give me some hints and guidance to proceed. I just want justice and i dont want to hurt anyone or take revenge on any one. I would love to have my wife back. I have got summons to attend hearing two days from now! I am from Bangalore, India
