Walking pnemonia/walking bronchitis?

i recently went to the do the docter and had tests runs because i was having breathing troubles and terrible chest pain i am 14 and female and after many tests it said i don't have asthma and my chest x-ray came back fine they said that i probably had walking pneomonia/walking bronchitis and gave me inflamitory and bacterial infection meds. but i'm still having the chest pain and i'm worried but my chest x-ray was normal so wat do you think Cancer? idk wat to think wat other tests or conditions should i think about?
