LGBT: What can I do about this issue my ex's current boyfriend has with me?

ignore him until he starts serious trouble because apparently hes just really jealous because your better looking than he is. if he starts more sh*t than you need to beat the sh*t out of him and show him who hes dealing with! im gay also thats how i would handle it. hope this helps you!
