Is this a good fantasy baseball trade for me?

I would defintiely do the first one. The second one seems like a good deal too. I think Prado will calm down. Howard's average will fall. Haren is a first half pitcher and still is having a bad year. Polanco is solid. Cabrera is a stud. Vasquez should be ok. High 3/low 4 ERA with lots of innings, Ks, and wins(plays for yanks)
