She might be playing hard to get, but you never know with us girls. Just wait it out, see if she calls or texts you to make future plans. If not, call her and try to make another dinner date, if she claims she has other plans then she might just be blowing you off. Like I said before, wait it out. If it's meant to be, then so be it.
