How do I make a 1% enzyme solution and ...?

I've been given 5g dried yeast in 100 cm3 distilled water. How do I get a 1% enzyme solution from that? And i've also been given 10 cm3 of 1.0 mol dm3 hydrogen peroxide solution. I need to make some varying concentrations so I can test the effect of substate concentration on the activity of the catalase. How do I make the varying concentrations? Help please.
