Has a second Chernobyl just occurred at Fukushima?

the problem was contained by the huge protection walls built round the reactor. There has not been a nuclear leak, there is no danger to worry about.The leak of slightly radio active steam blew the roof off the building. I watched all the news yesterday and today on the BBC. I live in the Philippines but I know the news I get is accurate unlike some " news " channels in the US who tell lies !!!
