A good fiber optic tester and repair kit?

im needing to find these 2 objects for work because of some new equipment we are working on. all the ones i have found dont really seem to have it all. the testers i find are not what i need either id like to have one that tells me how far down till i can find the break in the cable. if anyone has any ideas please let met know. all help is greatly appreciated.
